Our program builds progressively across 6 key areas —entries and exits, foundational movement, aquatic breathing, stroke development, underwater skills and water safety.
The journey begins by instilling a love and respect for water to keep oneself safe in the water and culminates with holistic aquatic skills for effective, efficient and safe engagement with water in a pool and beyond.
Aquatic Education, like any core subject, takes time and patience to learn, practice, understand and apply under different environments and situations. A slow and steady approach through the year gives children the comfort and confidence to be able to execute the skills correctly and consistently.
Dive in — and let every stage bring your child closer to becoming a confident, capable, and joyful swimmer.
